KTXS Forecast: A windy start to the work week

ABILENE, Texas - The start of the work week will be a windy one after a passing cold front. Another cold front pushes through on Wednesday to bring a cool down for mid-week. Afterwards, our weather pattern changes to the colder and possible rainy side for the weekend.

For today, look for clearing skies but a windy one with sustained winds from the west-southwest at 15 to 25 mph with gusts between 30 and 40 mph possible. High temperatures should warm to the upper 60s this afternoon.
